The Body Factory Health and Fitness Center began on 11-08-2004
The vision is for a family-friendly, nonjudgmental, relaxed, comfortable community gym.
There is a “CHEERS” atmosphere (I do know your name) with sweat.
We started with a 4,000 sq ft storefront and expanded within the first year, bringing our total to over 10,000 sq ft.
In 2014, recognizing our busy lives and the difficulty of fitting in “ME” time for workouts around work, school, kids in sports, and after-school activities, we converted to a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week gym.

It was the best decision ever… We offer Tanning, Infrared Saunas, equipment orientation, supplements, and a family community found nowhere else.
Hosting a Power Lifting Event annually, “Lift for Life,” benefiting The American Cancer Society. Sponsoring our local school athletic events.
My journey founded the Body Factory Health and Fitness Center and continues with yours.
