The vision for a family-friendly nonjudgmental relaxed, comfortable community gym.
There is a “CHEERS” atmosphere (I do know your name) with sweat.
We started with a storefront of approx. 4,000 sq ft and within the first year expanded to another, gaining over 10,000 sq ft…
In 2014 aware of the busy lives and difficulty to fit in the “ME” time for workouts with work, school kids in sports, and after-school activities, we decided to convert to a 24-hour7 day a week gym.

Best decision Ever… We offer Tanning, Infrared Sauna, Orientation on our Equipment, Supplements, And a Family Community feels found nowhere else.
Hosting a Power Lifting Event every year, “Lift for Life,” benefiting The American Cancer Society. Sponsoring our local school athletic events.
The Body Factory Health and Fitness Center was founded by my journey and continues by yours.
